1. GlowCare (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the GlowCare – Salon at Home mobile application and service platform. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of information collected from users of our mobile application and related salon-at-home services.
By installing, registering for, or using the application, you accept the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the application.

A. Information You Provide
Personal & Account Details: When signing in through Google Sign-In, we collect your full name and email address to create and authenticate your user profile.
Contact Information: We collect your mobile phone number to confirm appointment slots, communicate booking updates, and allow assigned beauticians and customer support to coordinate service arrival.
Service Address: We collect your complete home or service address (door number, landmark, street, area, and pincode) where salon services are requested.
User Feedback & Communications: Any customer support messages, reviews, or service feedback submitted through the application.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Location Information (Foreground Only): With your explicit permission, the application accesses your device’s approximate and precise location while the app is in active use. This data is used solely to verify service availability in your area and assist in setting your service address. GlowCare does not collect or track background location data when the app is closed.
Device Identifiers & Push Notification Tokens: We collect device identifiers including your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send operational notifications regarding your bookings (e.g., booking confirmation, beautician assignment, arrival status).
C. Payment Information
GlowCare operates strictly on a “Pay After Service” model. Payment is collected directly upon service completion by the service professional via cash or direct UPI. GlowCare does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on its servers.

3. Use of Collected Information
We process your data for the following operational purposes:
* To create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
* To schedule, manage, and deliver salon-at-home services.
* To dispatch verified beauty professionals to your specified service address.
* To send operational notifications and service updates via SMS, push notifications, and email.
* To handle customer support inquiries and resolve service issues.
* To comply with statutory and legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
Your personal data is shared only under strict operational conditions:
Assigned Service Professionals: When a booking is confirmed, your name, service address, and phone number are shared with the specific verified beautician assigned to perform your service.
Infrastructure Service Providers: We utilize trusted cloud infrastructure providers to operate the platform, including Google Firebase (for authentication, cloud database, and push notifications) and Google Maps (for address verification).
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose your information where required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of GlowCare, our users, or the public.

We employ standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmitted between the mobile application and backend services is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

6. Account and Data Deletion Policy
Users have full control over their personal data and may request account and data deletion at any time through either of the following methods:
A. In-App Deletion
1. Open the GlowCare app and go to the **Profile** section.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select **Delete Account**.
3. Type `DELETE` to confirm your request and select **Delete Permanently**.
4. Your account profile, authentication records, and personal details will be immediately removed from our active database.
B. Email Request
You may request complete account and data deletion by sending an email to **info@glowcare.in** with the subject line *”Account Deletion Request”*, including your registered mobile number and email address. Our team will verify and permanently delete your records within 7 business days.
C. Data Retention Limits
Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently purged. Certain anonymized transactional and invoicing records may be retained only for the duration required by applicable taxation, accounting, and statutory record-keeping laws.

7. Children’s Privacy
GlowCare services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete the data immediately.
