*Glowcare Platform: Terms & Conditions*

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Glowcare platform (“Glowcare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the services provided to customers (“you,” “user,” or “customer”). By accessing or using the Glowcare platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. *Overview of Services*
     1.1. *Platform Purpose*: Glowcare is an online platform that connects customers and independent Local beauticians who offer salon services at home. Glowcare acts solely as a facilitator, and does not provide any salon services itself.

     1.2. *Independent Contractors*: All beauticians on Glowcare are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Glowcare. The services provided are rendered by these independent beauticians, and all interactions are between the customer and the beautician.

     1.3. *Beautician Selection Process*: Every beautician goes through two hands-on demonstration sessions. These demos allow us to assess their expertise, techniques, and ability to meet our high standards. We evaluate their skills across various services like hair, nails, skincare, and more, ensuring they can provide the quality our clients expect.

2. *User Account*
     2.1. *Account Creation*: To use the Glowcare platform, customers no need to create an account.

3. *Bookings & Payments*
     3.1. *Booking Process*: Customers can book services from beauticians via the Glowcare platform by selecting the desired service, date, and time. Glowcare will facilitate communication between the customer and beautician, but does not guarantee availability.

4. *Customer Responsibilities*
     4.1.*Product Verification*: Customers are advised to carefully review and verify all products & tools before the service, as outlined on the website.

     4.2. *Skin Sensitivity*: In some cases, customers may experience skin reactions or issues After-service due to individual skin conditions or variations in product compatibility. If any reactions occur, consult a doctor immediately. Glowcare is not responsible for that skin issues.

     4.3. *Accurate Information*: Customers must provide accurate information when booking services, including but not limited to the location, contact details, and service preferences.

     4.4. *Payment Terms*: No payment is collected in advance by Glowcare. Pay the beautician directly after the service.

     4.5. *Preparation for Services*: Customers are responsible for ensuring the beautician has a safe and suitable environment to perform the services.

     4.6. *Liability for Property*: Please keep your valuable gold jewellery & other items in a safe place before starting service. Glowcare is not responsible for any damage to property or loss incurred during the service. Any claims related to theft or damage must be addressed directly between the customer and the beautician.

    4.7 *Cancellation Policy*: Customers can cancel their appointments any time by updating us in whatsapp & No reschedule are allowed. Customer has to book again on the website if needed.

5. *Beautician Responsibilities*
     5.1. *Service Quality*: The beautician is responsible for delivering salon services professionally and in accordance with industry standards. Glowcare is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided.

     5.2. *Compliance with Laws*: Beauticians are responsible for ensuring that their services comply with all applicable local regulations and licensing requirements.

     5.3. *Liability for Loss or Damage*: The beautician is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during their service at a customer’s location. Glowcare is not liable for any such incidents.

6. *Dispute Resolution*
     6.1. *Beautician Disputes*: Any disputes or disagreements with beauticians regarding the service must be resolved directly between the customer and the beautician. Glowcare may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for mediating disputes.

     6.2. *Platform Disputes*: In the event of a dispute between the customer and Glowcare, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the laws of [Jurisdiction].

7. *Prohibited Conduct*
     7.1. *Misuse of Platform*: Users are prohibited from using the Glowcare platform to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity. This includes but is not limited to providing false information, impersonating others, or disrupting the services of the platform.

     7.2. *Prohibited Services*: Beauticians are not permitted to offer services through Glowcare that violate local laws or Glowcare’s service policies, including the provision of illegal or harmful services.

8. *Limitation of Liability*
     8.1. *No Warranties*: Glowcare provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

     8.2. *Platform Responsibility*: Glowcare is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the services provided by beauticians. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

9. *Taxs*

      9.1. All the services in glowcare are including taxes.

10. *Modifications to Terms*
Glowcare reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

By using the Glowcare platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
