GlowCare Platform: Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GlowCare! By booking a salon-at-home service through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Platform Purpose

GlowCare is an online platform that connects customers with independent local beauticians who offer salon services at home. GlowCare acts solely as a facilitator and does not provide any salon services itself.

2. Independent Contractors

All beauticians on GlowCare are independent contractors and not employees or agents of GlowCare.
GlowCare does not control or supervise the beauticians beyond the initial selection and training process.
Customers acknowledge that GlowCare is not responsible for any actions, misconduct, or negligence by the beauticians.
Beautician Selection Process:Every beautician undergoes a two-step demonstration process to assess expertise, techniques, and service quality.

Selected beauticians receive one month of additional industry training before being listed on the platform.
GlowCare ensures beauticians are skilled in various services, including haircare, skincare, nails, and more.
3. Account & Booking Process

No account creation is required to use GlowCare services.
Customers can book services by selecting the desired service, date, and time on the platform.
GlowCare facilitates communication between customers and beauticians but does not guarantee availability.
All service prices include taxes, and the minimum booking amount is ₹800.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Product Verification: Customers should carefully check the expiry date of products & tools before the service begins. GlowCare is not responsible for product-related issues.
Skin Sensitivity & Reactions:Customers should inform the beautician of any known allergies or skin conditions before the service. If any skin reaction occurs after the service, the customer must consult a doctor immediately. GlowCare is not responsible for any allergic reactions.

-Accurate Information: Customers must provide correct details when booking services, including address, contact information, and service preferences.
-Payment Terms:No advance payment is collected by GlowCare. Customers must pay the beautician directly after the service is completed. GlowCare is not responsible for payment disputes between customers and beauticians.
-Safe & Suitable Environment: Customers must provide a safe, clean, and well-lit space for the beautician to perform the service.
Pets should be kept in a separate area to avoid disturbances.
Liability for Personal Belongings: Customers should store valuable items (gold jewelry, cash, electronics, etc.) in a secure place before the service.
GlowCare is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings.
-Cancellation & Rescheduling:Customers can cancel appointments by notifying GlowCare via WhatsApp.
-Rescheduling is not allowed; customers must rebook via the website if needed.
5. Beautician Responsibilities

Service Quality & Conduct: Beauticians must provide services professionally, maintaining hygiene and following industry best practices.
Compliance with Laws: Beauticians must ensure their services comply with all local laws and regulations.
Liability for Loss or Damage:Beauticians are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused during their service.
Any disputes related to property damage must be resolved directly between the beautician and the customer.
Timeliness: Beauticians must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Frequent delays or cancellations may result in removal from the platform.
6. Beautician & Customer Disputes

GlowCare is not responsible for any disputes between customers and beauticians.
Customers must attempt to resolve service-related issues directly with the beautician.
If unresolved, GlowCare may assist in communication but is not obligated to mediate or provide refunds.
7. Misuse of the Platform

Customers and beauticians are prohibited from Providing false information Using the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.

8. Prohibited Services

Beauticians must not provide services that:

Violate local health & safety laws.
Include medical procedures such as Botox, laser treatments, or invasive treatments.
Are explicitly banned by GlowCare policies.
9. No Warranties & Limited Liability

Platform Availability: GlowCare provides services “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will always be error-free.
Service Quality Disclaimer:
GlowCare does not guarantee results from beauticians.
Customers acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on their hair, skin, and other factors.
Limitation of Liability:
GlowCare is not liable for any injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or financial losses resulting from the services.
Under no circumstances will GlowCare be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Refund & Complaint Policy

No Refunds: GlowCare does not process refunds for services rendered by beauticians.

By using the GlowCare platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
